Feature Update: Enhanced Quiz Engine & Interactive Coding Playground

This PR introduces two major functional enhancements to the ViBe platform: a versatile, AI-assisted Quiz Builder and an integrated, high-performance Coding Playground.

1. Advanced Quiz Builder: We have implemented a robust assessment system that allows instructors to create diverse, engaging learning checks.Question Variety: Supports a wide range of formats including Drag & Drop, Dropdown, MCQ (Single/Multiple Response), and Yes/No matrix questions.

3. Flexible Creation: Quizzes can be built manually by instructors via the new interface or automatically generated using our AI tools based on video transcripts.

feat: AI Chat based Viva

This pull request introduces the AI Viva, a new feature that provides an automated oral assessment for students upon course completion. The AI examiner engages the student in a conversation to evaluate their understanding of course concepts and their practical work.

Key Features:

• Conversational Assessment: A new AIVivaChat component facilitates a real-time, spoken-style examination with an AI powered by the Google Gemini API.
• Context-Aware Questions: The AI examiner is provided with context including the course name, code written by the student in the coding playgrounds, and details of any submitted projects to ask relevant and personalized questions.
• Automated Grading: At the end of the conversation, the AI provides a final grade (e.g., Excellent, Good, Fail) and a summary of the student's performance.
• Course Flow Integration: The Viva is designed to launch automatically when a student completes the final item in a course. For ease of review, a "Start Viva" button has been added to the demo course page (TestFullscreen.tsx) to allow direct access to the feature.

This feature enhances the assessment process by providing an interactive and scalable way to measure a student's true understanding of the material.
