This PR adds a DEPLOYMENT.md guide documenting the steps to deploy Pybe (both server and client) to Render.com, based on hands-on testing. It also covers a common CORS issue that occurs when the deployed client's origin doesn't match the backend's CLIENT_ORIGIN setting, and how to fix it.
