… RAG re-ranking Score scales were incompatible across retrieval sources: FAQ/Community RRF scores are capped at ~0.033 while Knowledge cosine scores go up to 1.0. This caused weak Knowledge hits to always outrank strong FAQ/ Community hits in citation order and context-window truncation. Fixes by rescaling RRF scores onto the same [0,1] ceiling. Adds regression tests (4 passing).
