Naturally, it's not surprising that CI tests are failing, since Verus hasn't been updated yet to have finite sets and maps. :-) But when I run it on my machine and point it to the post-PR version, it works. |

Verus will be adding finite sets and maps, in verus-lang/verus#2486. This PR is to prepare for that future.
