feat(eve): add guided Photon setup

Summary

• Add channel/photon to the eve registry and delegate dynamic provisioning to eve integration setup imessage.
• Support managed Photon project creation or existing credentials, phone registration, and Connect-backed or portable setup.
• Create native Photon connectors, detach any implicit project link, then attach production with the /eve/v1/photon trigger destination.
• Scaffold photonChannel with connectPhotonCredentials() for Vercel or environment credentials for portable hosts.
• Update catalog search, integration docs, CLI compatibility aliases, and setup tests.

Validation

• Native connector create/detach/attach command sequence is covered.
• Connect and portable scaffolds, managed project setup, registry mapping, and interactive setup tests pass.
• eve registry search imessage includes channel/photon through its iMessage description.
