feat(eve): add eve invoke command

Description

• Add eve invoke, a non-interactive JSON CLI for invoking local agents or existing remote deployments without opening the TUI.
• Support both fire-and-resume and blocking execution:
  • remote invocations return a durable running result after acceptance by default
  • --wait follows the session until completion or a blocking input/authorization checkpoint
  • local invocations start a temporary development server and require --wait
• Support durable continuation by piping a previous result into eve invoke --resume; completed sessions can receive follow-up prompts, pending input can receive an answer, and authorization checkpoints can be followed after authorization completes.
• Emit stable machine-readable statuses, resume coordinates, exit codes, and a JSON Schema via --json-schema.
• Reuse development-client target and credential handling for local, linked Vercel, and explicitly authenticated remote targets.

Additional Suggestion:

The registry:check build step fails because validate-channel-registry.ts validates the old meta.eve.channel / eve channels add delegation shape, which no longer matches the eve integration setup <slug> shape now used by the slack/web channel items in registry.json.
