- Update h2 dependency
- Remove old copyrights

Comment MLP-2.0, OpenSSL, and Unicode-DFS-2016 inside deny.toml, as they are no longer used by any of the dependencies. This stops warning from cargo. Signed-off-by: setrofim <setrofim@gmail.com>
