docs(ai): link Partner Center AI docs to the AI foundations course#820

Adds a "take the course" callout to the six AI/automations reference pages that map back to the AI foundations Learn path, so readers can jump into the guided lessons instead of digging through the reference docs cold. All six point at the course overview rather than a specific lesson, so nobody skips ahead mid-path.
