Refresh the deterministic public demo seed from the governed 0.442.1 production projection. This restores
bun run dev:demoafter the Vela 0.977.6 reader pin: the previous seed still advertised 0.977.3 and correctly failed closed. Verified locally with no credentials at runtime: the demo serves Erdős 321 at HTTP 200 and reports release rootsha256:a4a96441668a9f8b33afbcb3f696a2639f5fae145f36ddc063d7f67d5fb87ce8undervela 0.977.6; the public-output scan passes.
