I saw we have a https://vector.dev/docs/reference/configuration/transforms/aws_ec2_metadata/, is there any plan to support aws ecs?

Hello @czd890, just double checking that you are still interested in this feature. I would recommend adding more details in the issue for the community to read. There are thousand of issues open and we prioritize based on popular demand among other things.

This is a duplicate of #2894, which was opened earlier and already provides a detailed technical specification for this exact feature (covering ECS TMDS v4 endpoints, container environment variable resolution, sidecar discovery, and field mapping similar to
aws_ec2_metadata).It might be best to close this issue as a duplicate in favor of #2894 and consolidate upvotes/discussion there so the community interest is tracked in one place.
