fix: sync WebOS scaffold template

Summary

• synchronize template source from the current WebOS main repository
• update generator-owned @vectojs/desktop dependency from 0.4.0 to 0.6.0
• preserve stable iconSvg app definitions and current responsive/interaction behavior
• assert generated apps use iconSvg and no legacy icon fields

Validation

• bun run test: 4 generator tests passed
• bun run test:e2e: generated scaffold install, check, test, and build passed
• bun run check: passed
• gitleaks and git diff --check: passed
