Alinhamento dos DTOs de saída ao shape novo do domínio Simulado (ver
ms-simuladoPR #166). Como a api é um gateway passthrough transparente (os DTOs servem só pra Swagger + type-hint dosaxios.get<T>, não reshapeiam o wire), esta mudança é cosmética — nenhuma alteração de comportamento em runtime.O que mudou (cards 01 + 07b)
