Follow these instructions to get the project up and running on your local machine. Prerequisites
Python 3.8 or higher
A device connected to a local WiFi network
Installation
---Clone the repository---
git clone https://github.com/your-username/lan-chat-app.gitcd lan-chat-app
Create a virtual environment (Optional but recommended)

# Windows
python -m venv venv
venv\Scripts\activate
# macOS/Linux
python3 -m venv venv
source venv/bin/activate
Install dependencies
----bash---- pip install -r requirements.txt
Run the application

python app.py
Access the App
The terminal will display the local IP address.
Open http://<local-ip>:5000 in your browser.
Share this address with others on the same WiFi network.
