Claude Code resolves skills by looking for SKILL.md at the root of the skill directory (~/.claude/skills/<name>/SKILL.md). The previous structure placed SKILL.md inside skills/resume-tailoring/SKILL.md (for marketplace compatibility), but this prevented Claude Code from loading the skill via /resume-tailoring. This commit adds a copy of SKILL.md at the repo root so the skill works in both contexts: Claude Code (root SKILL.md) and the marketplace plugin (.claude-plugin/plugin.json + skills/ folder). Adds SKILL.md at the repo root.
Why
Claude Code resolves skills by looking for SKILL.md at ~/.claude/skills//SKILL.md (root level). The current structure places it at skills/resume-tailoring/SKILL.md for marketplace compatibility, which prevents /resume-tailoring from loading in Claude Code.
Result
The skill now works in both contexts:
No existing files were modified - this is purely additive.
