chore(deps): update qs to 6.17.1 for the stringify DoS advisory - #32

qs <=6.16.0 throws on array elements with a non-callable toString (Dependabot alert 14, development scope). pnpm also moved rollup to 4.66.0 and postcss to 8.5.32 (dev only).

Fixes Dependabot alert #14 (qs <=6.16.0, medium, development scope only: pulled in by express/body-parser in dev tooling). Lockfile only.
pnpm update qs -r(pnpm 10.17.1) also moved rollup 4.64.12 -> 4.66.0 and postcss 8.5.31 -> 8.5.32, both dev-only and within existing ranges.Local:
pnpm install --frozen-lockfile,pnpm typecheck,pnpm test(401 passed, 4 skipped).
