Download the "Oxocarbon.ttheme" file in this repo, Open Tauon-MB, and go to "Menu > Settings > Function > Data Folder", After, open the folder called "theme" and paste the "Oxocarbon.ttheme" file inside.
When you restart Tauon-MB and go to "Menu > Settings > Theme", you will find the theme.
