Computational Biologist | PhD Aspirant - HealthAI and Algorithms

I am a Project Associate-I at CSIR-IGIB (INGEN-HOPE Lab), working on long-read genomics, methylation profiling, and computational pipeline development.

I'm currently applying to PhD programs in HealthAI, which combine scientific software, machine learning, and multi-omics with practical biological questions. My work is also moving into AI & Security.
