Hello!
I've noticed that HEAD requests for existing rules return 404. To be more realistic, I've added support for HEAD requests on rules that have GET method.
Also replaced setup.py with a more modern poetry and pyproject.toml.
In the screenshot I attach a test.
Check this PR please.
