Summary

1. AccessControl (Roles, Actions, RoleActions)

• Updated roles.json, roleactions.json, and actions-test.json to introduce new roles across multiple modules.
• Added EST_CEMP (Estate), GC_VERIFIER and GC_APPROVER (Garbage), NDC verifier/admin roles, CHALLAN_ADMIN, and various dashboard viewer roles (FSM, OBPAS, WATER).

2. BillingService

• Registered est-services (Estate), NDC, Challan_Generation, and garbage-service as new billing modules in BusinessService.json.
• Configured tax heads (fees, penalties, rebates) in TaxHeadMaster.json and added tax period cycles in TaxPeriod.json.

3. Challan (New Master Data)

• Created the foundation configurations for the Challan system under data/pg/Challan/.
• Added master data config files for Acts, Category, Documents, OffenceType, Rates, and SubCategory to track solid waste management fines and offence details.

4. Estate Services

• Created all master data configuration files for Estate Services under data/pg/Estate/.
• Configured billing cycle, allotment status, allotment types, asset status, citizen application configurations, and required documents.

5. Garbage Collection

• Created all master data configuration files for Garbage Collection under data/pg/Garbage/.
• Configured calculation types, categories, collection types, owner types, penalties, and rebates.

6. GIS

• Added GIS configurations under data/pg/Gis/ to support map-based displays.
• Configured GIS layers, usage categories, asset classifications, and payment status mapping options.

7. Asset Service V2

• Created extensive master data configurations for asset-service-v2 under data/pg/asset-service-v2/.
• Configured category hierarchies, classifications, disposal types, maintenance cycles, depreciation rates, and acquisition modes.

8. NDC and CHB Services

• Configured NdcFee parameters across multiple tenant cities (citya to citye) and added Scrutiny/Scrutineer reasons under NDC.
• Set up Mohali Community Hall Booking (CHB) configurations including Crematoriums, Guest Houses, Parks, and Stadiums.

9. Common Masters & Master Config

• Updated microUiModuleEnable.json to enable new micro UI modules.
• Updated master-config.json configurations.

10. Data Standardization & BPA Updates

• Standardized calculations and unipole location names to uppercase enums under Advertisement configurations.
• Added stilt, basement, and open parking flags to BPA Parking.json.
