• reorganize the repository into Bun workspaces with the CLI in apps/home, the web surface in apps/site, and reusable branding in packages/brand
• add a Cairn-style Next.js + Fumadocs marketing and documentation site for home.uptonm.dev
• ship canonical metadata, JSON-LD, Open Graph/Twitter cards, icons, manifest, robots, sitemap, and llms.txt
• preserve CLI install and release behavior while updating CI and Release Please for the new workspace paths
• prefer public release downloads in the installer now that the repository is public

Validation

• bun run ci
• all 103 CLI test files pass in isolation
• CLI build reports 1.1.0 and exposes all 17 modules
• Next.js production build emits 17 routes
• local HTTP checks return 200 for /, /docs, docs pages, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, manifest.webmanifest, llms.txt, the OG card, and icons

Deployment

Vercel should use apps/site as the Root Directory and home.uptonm.dev as the production domain.
