    Use resolutionKind: "config" to resolve the plugin from the configuration file that declares it. Use resolutionKind: "project" to resolve the plugin from the consuming project. When omitted, resolutionKind defaults to project. This only affects plugin resolution; includes still apply to end-user project files as usual.

The SDK pin was bumped to 0.3.308 in both packages/cli/package.json:65 and packages/core/package.json:58, but the runtime constant SDK_VERSION = '0.3.296' in packages/core/src/fix/sdk-agent.ts:872 — documented as "core's devDependency" — was not updated. Development and CI now test against 0.3.308 while uptide fix installs and caches 0.3.296 at runtime (sdkCacheDir keys the cache on SDK_VERSION) and tells users to install 0.3.296 via SDK_REMEDY. Behavior measured against 0.3.296 is then validated in tests only for 0.3.308, and users keep downloading an outdated ~300 MB SDK binary.

The same stale literals appear throughout packages/cli/src/sdk-required.test.ts (lines 16, 18, 33, 79, 96, 104) and in the measured-behavior comment in packages/core/src/fix/sdk-runner.test.ts:10.

This PR is a dependency refresh: it raises the pinned @anthropic-ai/claude-agent-sdk to 0.3.308 and applies patch-level bumps to dev tooling, with all changes consistent between the root, cli, and core manifests and the lockfile. The >=0.3.296 peerDependency range still admits the new pin, and workspace:* cross-references remain valid.
