LGTM.
There were also some fixes around this area upstream (e.g. jhugman/uniffi-bindgen-react-native#294). We may not need workarounds for this anymore with the next release.

This PR adds support for memory page sizes of 16KB on native libraries (mandated by google starting november 1st)
