The card's no-logo placeholder changed from a placehold.co <img> to ProjectLogo's
initials monogram, but this test still asserted the old placehold.co image and so
failed. Update it to assert the initials ("SD" for "Sphere Demo") and that no <img>
is rendered. Test-only; no runtime change.
