#817 [Bachelor-Thesis] Conversational Interface

Contains all the content of my thesis. Which was now setup from unity 2 to 6 and actual main-branch. No other changes yet.
My thesis implements a conversational user interface in SEE. It uses Whisper for Speech Recognition, Rasa as a Chatbot and a Neo4j Graphdatabase.

Changes for improvment, I would like to do before merge are:

• Speed up result of Whisper
• More possible function in SEE - needs more Data in Rasa and Endpoints and additional changes in SEE (e.g. create an edge between two Nodes needs roles (startNode/targetNode) for Places in Rasa
• Insert Graphdatabase credentials in UI
• Load City in Graphdatabase within Config-Menu, or some similar menu. Train Rasa within there too
• Start Rasa directly in SEE, without having the shell
• Also integrate the Chatbot in the Chat (messages firstly only visible for local user)
