Make teleop.yaml use name of xbox button instead of arbitrary xbox index

Can we change the teleop.yaml for the Xbox controller to have the following:

Xbox mappings should be separated into buttons and axes

All the ra controls (and sa controls) should allow the user to type in the string (e.g., left_js_x) instead of just an Xbox index?
