Ulana Rey, PharmD

Founder & CEO of MindLumina, a biotech consulting, competitive intelligence, and medical communications firm in San Francisco. Doctor of Pharmacy (UCSF/Stanford), and more than 25 years across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and academic research. Driven by AI and innovation.

What I build here

I build AI-powered workflows and tools for biotech and pharma: agentic automations, custom skills, data pipelines, and app experiments. Most of it starts as a real problem in my own consulting practice, gets solved with Claude Code and modern AI tooling, and becomes a reusable system. I write about the strategy side, including AI in medical affairs, competitive intelligence, and clinical development, at mindlumina.com/articles.
