CT-16EV comp code
Includes the proper setpoints for APPS 2 and disables inverter when torque_request < 5 and motor_speed < 500
Code currently flashed to LVCU as of 3-25-2026
Swapped Direction(TxData[4]) to 0x00 instead of 0x01 and uncommented ready to drive timeout driven by Inverter CAN Messages.
This is technically not the latest code technically(line 206) is not on the car, neither is line 342, 457, or 469, but this is the closest thing to the latest LVCU code
