- Changed the gemmini submodule URL to use SSH. - Updated sysroot_linux-64 version from 2.34 to 2.39. - Modified various package versions and URLs in chipyard-base.yaml and conda-lock-reqs, including alsa-lib, anyio, ca-certificates, cachecontrol, cffi, charset-normalizer, and click.
Advance the Gemmini submodule for the correctness harness that promotes named edge-case inputs to the default grid and fixes int8 softmax weight mass via largest-remainder renormalization. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
