v0.1.3 Documentation Change, adds formulas with LaTeX

In this release, v0.1.3, I have added the formulas used to the docstrings, and they are visible in the documentation. These formulas use LaTeX to visualize. Here is an example of the documentation now. To view the whole documentation, go to the link below. I will also post the code of it somewhere here incase it ever goes down or something.
