Dash can be replaced with builtin packages which are also easier to read. I also used llama for a short form lambda, it's a very minimal dependency likely already pulled in by other packages.
All uses of cl-lib are either autoloaded or macros. There's no need to require it explicitly. Fixes: 92cfdd4
