Move @twir/frontend-chat, @twir/frontend-faceit-stats, @twir/frontend-now-playing, @twir/fontsource from libs/ to web/lib/ as plain folders (no package.json). Update all imports to use ~~/lib/ alias. - Copy source files from libs/*/src/* to web/lib/*/ - Update imports in web files from @twir/* to ~~/lib/* - Update internal @twir/fontsource imports in frontend-chat and frontend-now-playing - Remove workspace deps from web/package.json - Remove old libs/ directories
