• Housekeeping, Apply hacked header fixes. Establish Dev. policy.

  Finding, fixing problems and releasing these fixes without confusion will be easier if we work only on these source files. At this point the headers have changed so much in the Twine targets folder that it will require beautification of header files and manual line by line comparison of code sections for changes. This will also make it easier for new developers to jump in and contribute fixes and new story formats.
