  • deploy.yml переименован в ci.yml.
  • docker-compose.yml: маршрут api.lastmiles.ru задан Docker labels (стандарт docs/NEW-PROJECT.md, Вариант A).

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Build & Release
    • Pull requests and pushes to the main branch now trigger API and web type checks, along with Docker image builds for verification. Images are not published by this workflow.
    • Android preview APK builds can be started manually.
    • Deployment and image publishing no longer run automatically; releases are deployed manually.

…bels

Root causes of the red CI on main:
- Build Docker images: apps/web/Dockerfile never copied tsconfig.base.json,
  so `tsc` for @delivery/shared failed (hidden by `2>/dev/null || true`) and
the web build then could not resolve @delivery/shared types. Copy the
file and stop masking the shared build. Reproduced and verified offline
by replaying the builder stage steps.
- EAS Build: `eas-version: latest` resolves to eas-cli 24, which needs
Node >= 22; the job pinned Node 20 and failed in expo-github-action.
Moved EAS to its own workflow on Node 22, triggered only by apps/mobile
changes or manually (each build spends EAS quota).
- Deploy to VPS: used /opt/delivery-platform, a `nginx` compose service and a
docker volume that do not exist on the server, so it could never work.
Removed; deploy stays manual (documented in CLAUDE.md), matching how other
  projects in vps-server-infra are updated.

ci.yml (renamed from deploy.yml) now builds both images without pushing, on
PRs as well, to catch Dockerfile breakage before merge.

docker-compose: register api.lastmiles.ru through Traefik labels, the
convention in vps-server-infra (NEW-PROJECT.md, variant A), and expose :3000.
The file-provider route stays until the labels are verified.

📝 Walkthrough

The pull request adds CI checks and unpublished Docker image builds, removes the automated deployment workflow, and adds a manually triggered Android preview build. It also updates web Docker build behavior and configures Traefik routing for the API through Docker labels.

Changes: Delivery Workflows and API Routing

Layer / File(s) Summary
CI checks and deployment workflow replacement
.github/workflows/ci.yml, .github/workflows/deploy.yml
CI type-checks the API and web app on pushes and pull requests targeting main. The removed workflow previously published images and deployed on main pushes.
Docker image build checks
.github/workflows/ci.yml, apps/web/Dockerfile
After checks pass, CI builds the API image and the web builder target without publishing them. The web Docker build copies tsconfig.base.json and propagates shared-package build failures.
API Traefik route
docker-compose.yml, CLAUDE.md
Docker Compose adds Traefik labels for the API route. The documentation describes the duplicate file-based route, host port exposure, CI behavior, manual APK builds, and the absence of automated deployment.
Manual Android preview build
.github/workflows/mobile-eas.yml
A manual workflow builds an Android preview APK with EAS and passes the API URL from a secret.

Priority: ➖ Normal

Estimated code review effort: 3 (Moderate) | ~20 minutes

Change: Bug fix

Merge Risk: 🔵 Low · up to 8e71e

The manual Android preview build ignores the API URL secret and always targets the URL in app.json, which could point a test APK at the wrong backend. CI actions use mutable version tags. Neither affects the main web or API delivery path, so this is mergeable with a follow-up.

Address security review: the third-party expo/expo-github-action was
referenced by a mutable tag with `latest` tool versions. Pin it to the
v8.2.1 commit (the one used by the failing run), pin eas-cli to 24.12.1,
drop the unused expo-cli install, and set top-level
`permissions: contents: read` on both workflows. First-party actions/*
stay on major tags.

The mobile app is not in active development yet and app.json still has the
YOUR_EAS_PROJECT_ID placeholder, so an automatic EAS build would fail and
spend EAS quota. Keep the workflow for later, trigger it only by hand.

Pin the workflow actions to full commit SHAs.

actions/checkout@v4, pnpm/action-setup@v4, actions/setup-node@v4, docker/setup-buildx-action@v3, and docker/build-push-action@v6 use mutable tags. A tag change can replace code that runs in CI. Pin each uses: reference in this workflow to a reviewed, full commit SHA.

Based on learnings, third-party GitHub Actions should use immutable commit SHAs instead of mutable tags.

Connect the build URL to the mobile API client.

When secrets.VITE_API_URL differs from the URL in apps/mobile/app.json, this step supplies a URL that the API client does not read. apps/mobile/src/lib/api.ts reads extra.apiUrl, which apps/mobile/app.json fixes to https://api.lastmiles.ru/api. Set extra.apiUrl from the build environment or change the client to read the supplied environment variable. Then verify which URL the preview APK uses.
