docs/TODO.md: TODO-002 and TODO-003 marked done and deployed (both verified live 2026-07-14, including the journal-recorded self-upgrade handoff).docs/ANALYSIS.md: adds a Resolved ledger (AN-001/002/003 with fix commits) so removed findings stay traceable in the public file, with full original text preserved in session notes.docs/ENHANCEMENTS.md: ENH-004 and ENH-005 annotated as promoted into the SPEC by the 2026-07-14 reconciliation, entries retained as rationale records.Test plan
