Removes the `vignettes/create-logo.Rmd` vignette and adds `data-raw/logo.R` which generates a proper hex logo by masking a `ggplotGrob()` to a hex shape. closes #127 Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
