ZCEM menu moved to CONF Music Play now just goes to Album ZCEM's piece effects now also affect other CONF pages
PieceSFXID改名GAME.pieceEffectID
if GAME.playing now just take away the easy mode button like normal
Also added a check for mobile for dev commentaries with links, so they can experience the joys of selecting the scripts
Fixed eI not squishing widgets if selected via CYCLE PIECES

using middle mouse, left click+alt, or holding the easy touchscreen trigger will jump to eZ
teraComplete isn't necessary because the case where it is true would also always have teramusic be true
