To test, download the latest release from Github.
Extract the zip file into your local mod folder (which can be located at Documents\Paradox Interactive\Victoria 3\mod)
Let the Paradox Launcher refresh (may have to restart it), and then edit your playset to include the mod. This mod has not been tested for compatibility with any other mods.
