Adds ASD-STE100 Issue 9 instructions and a documentation review checklist.
Rewrites maintained CatHub documentation and the architecture report. Updates references for the standalone CatHub repository. Keeps technical identifiers, commands, paths, and protocol values exact.
Validation:
git diff --check passed.
Objective prose checks passed for contractions, Latin abbreviations, semicolons, and em dashes.
The architecture report rendered successfully and passed a visual review.
