Agents have not yet demonstrated the useful execution needed to repair the product experience. Persist the user-approved coaching strategy in AGENTS.md so project agents are used through TreeSeed MCP or trsd for real work, beginning with the Atlas assignment/result journey.
The policy scopes repairs and stops to affected work, preserves healthy services, requires genuine products and independent review, and distinguishes ordinary coaching retries on an unchanged tested runtime candidate from formal acceptance. Every acceptance scene/guarantee retains fresh full-suite prerequisites; all acceptance requirements and the reserved SDK test-first chain remain intact.
Authority: treeseed-ai/sdk#424 (current operating amendment).

Validation: only AGENTS.md changes; original instructions are retained byte-for-byte below the inserted section; git diff --check passes. Required Platform Verify must pass on the exact merge candidate before ordinary merge. Local installed CLI verification currently rejects the already-held canonical reportingAgentId schema because its SDK validator is older; that failure is retained and is not called a policy pass. No runtime/package/schema/acceptance-document edits, service restarts, releases or agent campaign occur in this PR.
