Refs #634. Human explicitly approved dispute of the original automatic deadline zero and restoration of its original unmeasured holds, with full history retained. Adds only two documentation paragraphs to agent-architecture.md and agent-assignments.md. No schema, runtime, UI, tag, model, deadline or allowance change. Existing exact-version/authenticated operator recovery is reused; measured/unrelated settlements remain denied and disputed zero is not actual usage or golden PASS. Local primary staging only; temporary remote branch cleaned after checked staging→main lineage. API implementation/regressions tracked in API #515 / PR524; Agent managed zero-denial tracked in #368 / PR379. Native and managed recovery remain unproven until checked delivery and independent live read-back.
