Refs #626, agent#321 and api#494. Two documentation-only updates preserve every historical observation and identify the current frontier: Agent PR332 staging eef952e passed840 complete tests plus NEW840 prerequisites before586 coded component steps; Agent main needs fresh CI. API held367-file1915-test native suite passes, but strict compilation and whole managed SDK golden remain open. UI deferred; no complete semantic coverage, live SDK pass, tag or runtime activation claim. Ordinary merge through staging to main, preserve lineage. Local git diff --check passed at fe1eccf; required exact-head Actions pending.
