Cleanup reconciliation of relevant oracle work

51eab9bd7be30303a8c140314281caf556bcad70and42a67d98207211f3b84018d04af8c58090645d97retained; exact primary documentation edits independently compared byte-for-byte before commitecc3d5300167a3eac5df741da7db1f0b4cb84935. Current staging merged normally, with no conflicts or rewritten commits. Candidate0b936f84c2efeabb13442414ed8845f48da1db4a; dirty primary checkout remains untouched. Canonical work-item/node priority, single Workday report, and expected/maximum estimate contracts preserved. Historical failed test observations remain explicitly unproven; this is not golden acceptance completion. Fresh exact-head Verify required; staging then main. Capacity-provider / Agent execution contract clarification, tracked in treeseed-ai/api#491 and predecessor #490. Human explicitly selected optional integer priority on governed Proposal work items projected unchanged onto derived Actor/Reviewer nodes; omission zero, higher first within eligible project/class fairness. Commit 42a67d9 changes ONLY docs/agent.schema.yml. Existing preceding 51eab9b retains previously authorized single report reference and expected/maximum estimates; no minimum. No functional Platform implementation, deployment, or acceptance PASS. Unrelated historical prose remains unstaged locally. Exact tracked schema now allows original canonical-input unit diagnostics; six genuine acceptance-verifier failures were reproduced and repaired, complete 26-case focused Agent diagnostics pass, not managed acceptance. Full all-owner prerequisite and native SDK golden gates remain open. Staging e550b01 freshly fetched before delivery; no merge/release.
