Retire the old mode-run field from discussion content #26

Platform #520; user explicitly requires all existing work merged and clean current staging before acceptance resumes. Integrate the existing local changes through a bounded checked staging PR. Preserve unrelated work, run owner-language regression tests and required Actions, no new releases/tags or acceptance policy overrides. This is integration of existing architecture work, not UI redesign. Record exact base/head and verification in the PR; return the checkout to staging.

PR #27 merged after required Actions; clean staging 2d7f5f955f6ab0f11a3a3215392496732aac4d42. Verify 36727650283; 111 local tests and focused projection regression passed. This proves owner-package integration only, not SDK golden acceptance.
