Fixes newly arising issue Loading data from bedmachine currently fails #51 where bedmachine datasets (geoid, mask) would fail to identify CRS. New version loads xarray dataset before attempting to extract geoid, then setting rioxarray manually.
Fixes new issue where
pdt.coregister_is2was struggling with slightly different header names (h_meanandmean), and explicitly return an error when an empty dataframe is fed in.Also updates version to 1.2.3 in preparation of push to pip/conda.
