fix(cli): update stale Admin Dashboard links and labels in docs

Summary

• Fix docgen source labels: Assessments -> Templates (was Assessment -> Templates) and Developer Tools -> API Keys (was API keys)
• Update stale privacy-requests/connected-services URLs to infrastructure/integrations in README intro, push command docs, and regenerated resource tables
• Regenerated packages/cli/README.md via pnpm docgen

Test plan

• pnpm docgen in packages/cli completes successfully
• git diff packages/cli/README.md shows only intended link/label changes (no unrelated table rows)
• Pre-commit and pre-push hooks pass
