End-to-end pipeline for data-driven characterization of 3D-printed propellers: 5000 LHS-sampled designs → parametric CAD/STL → XFoil + QProp aerodynamics → free-flight simulation → physical validation on a launch rig. Ships two ML-ready datasets and an interactive config browser. Bachelor thesis, IDEAL Lab @ ETH Zürich.
