This project is based on the HARPER Project's P&A system. SPARCC stands for Serial Perception-Action Robotic Control and Communication Platform: A custom and extensible robotics perception-action platform in Python and C++. It can be used when you have components that need to connect to an Arduino but code that needs to run on a more powerful CPU.
