Offline-first winter navigation for Flutter — 36 pub.dev packages: dead reckoning, Kalman filter, MBTiles offline maps, dual routing (OSRM/Valhalla), measured-weather black-ice & pre-trip advisories (JMA/MET Norway/NWS). Android app runs on-device; embedded-Linux/Yocto target boots but GL rendering is blocked upstream (flutter#183495).
