This project aims to build a new vision model that reconstructs objects from their in-line holograms. The objective is to minimize the twin-image effects and image artifacts (aberrations, speckles, sensor effects, etc.).
Open-source digital holographic microscopy (DHM) workstation: off-axis hologram reconstruction, quantitative phase imaging, autofocus, and reference-free phase retrieval via a hybrid classical + CNN pipeline. PySide6 GUI, optional Apple Silicon MLX acceleration, and an MCP server for AI agents.
Off-axis digital hologram simulator for digital holographic microscopy (DHM) in MATLAB/GNU Octave — angular spectrum propagation, split-step volume phase, 12-bit camera model, and numerical reconstruction with known ground truth.
