An easy-to-use R function for repeated-measure Bland-Altman analysis with mixed models

Python script to perform Bland-Altman statistical analysis. The Bland-Altman method is the most commonly used technique to validate data from a new measure to a known gold standard in the biomedical field.

This repository contains the code and documents for my master’s thesis “Assessment of the accuracy and reliability of heart rate and blood oxygen saturation measurement in wearable devices". The thesis was written by Antoni López under the supervision of Juan José Ramos Castro at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.

A R script that reads two sets of scores from a JSON file and calculates a possible bias with the Bland-Altman analysis (BAA). Results are saved in a text document. Designed for psychological research.
